So, let’s break it down and get started. 

This is your mission for you to become proactive not just reactive if you choose to accept it, after all you are not only investing in LIFT but mainly in yourself. 

The #1 Struggle in Personal Growth—and How to Overcome It. 

Let’s be real—one of the biggest challenges we all face on our journey toward success is staying consistent.

It’s not because we lack passion. We always start out getting inspired, then we set goals, we even have strong intentions that nothing will hold us back or knock us down. 

But then life happens!

Life gets incredibly busy. People will discourage you. Doubts will start to creep in and take root. Your motivation begins to fade. And suddenly, that dream feels out of reach and impossible to accomplish. 

But here’s the truth:

Success doesn’t come from doing everything perfectly by yours or anyone else’s standards and expectations.

It comes from showing up—again and again, especially on the most challenging days. If you start to feel like quitting, and you will, just say to yourself that you’re quitting tomorrow and when tomorrow comes say it again. Just keep going one step at a time. 

So, how do you build that kind of consistency?

1. Set Small, Clear, Precise Goals

Big dreams are exciting, but they can also feel overwhelming when you don’t have a plan. Break them down into simple, daily steps. It is imperative that you write them down and you read them at least once a day  

Keep it simple and start with what you can do today. Build it one brick at a time. 

2. Build Habits, Not Hype

Motivation will always rise and fall for us all. But habits? They keep going. It’s hard to create a new habit but it’s worth it. 

In order to create a new habit you have to force yourself to do something for at least 30 days. Your journaling will help you with this. 

Create a rhythm in your day that supports your growth—even if it’s just 10 minutes of focus.

3. Track Your Progress

Yes, once again we promote that you journal. Write it down. Check it off. Reflect weekly. There is so much power with this. Trust us, this can change the your world. 

Every step forward is proof that you’re growing. Acknowledge this and celebrate it!

4. Reconnect with Your “Why”

When you feel stuck, remember why you started in the first place.

Was it for your family? Your purpose? To break generational patterns? To gain something you have always wanted? Creating a legacy?

Hold onto that and keep it close to your heart. 

5. Surround Yourself with Supportive Friends and Family.

You don’t have to do this alone. You already joined the LIFT team but you also need to find a community with your same passions and interests, a mentor, or even a friend who believes in you and your passions.

(That’s what LIFT is all about.)

Bottom line?

You’re going to have ups and downs, challenges and successes. That’s normal! But if you keep going, keep learning, and keep showing up—you will grow and have breakthroughs in your journey every time.

Keep in mind you don’t need to be perfect.

You just need to be persistent and consistent.
